Local Girls Remind AVRMC Medical Staff They Are Heroes With Signs

You might say it takes one to know one, or in this case you could say one heart cares for another. Our community has compassion and our youth displayed it with pride Tuesday afternoon in La Junta.

Heroes Work Here Signs at AVRMC seconews.org At the top of hospital hill the members of the medical staff at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center were honored by two local girls.

Heroes Work Here Signs at AVRMC seconews.org Hailey and Cassidy Scofield displayed youthful enthusiasm as they placed the signs just off of Tenth and Carson in front of AVRMC.

Now thanks to recent improvements in the signage we all know heroes work here too.

These two girls expressed with passion how much compassion there is in our health care!  We want to also "Thank Shirley Benz" as she was the spear head to organize and put this project together!  A true community effort of passion towards the HEROES risking their health every day!  Thank You to all of these individuals!
