Elementary, junior high, and high school artwork at the Bent County Art Guild's Santa Fe Trail Day Art Show has been judged. A list of winners will be announced later.

The Art Guild has announced that there will be a People's Choice award given for adult artwork. When people visit the show, they will have a chance to vote on their favorite piece of art. Adult artwork will not be judged so the only ribbon awarded will be the People's Choice ribbon.

The art show, which is held at the John W. Rawlings Heritage Center and Museum at 560 Bent Ave. in Las Animas, will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, April 30, and 1-4 p.m. the rest of the days through May 8, except for Sunday and Monday, when the museum is closed.
