Southeast Colorado Tornado Photos 5/16/21

Many Southeast Colorado Weather Spotters, Storm Chasers,  Amatuer Photographers, and Southeast Colorado Residents have Been Getting Up and Close Experiences with Severe Weather this Storm Season.

After several days of thunderstorms, Sunday photo and video captures flooded Southeast Colorado social media with tornadic activity.

North of Ordway on Hwy 71 near Karval, Colorado, Kayci Bender stopped to capture multiple tornado funnels on the prairie.

She told SECO News she wished she'd had a camera and not just her phone, but we think her captures deserved their own article.
