Becky (Roman) Coca, 69, was called home to our Lord on May 20, 2021, in her home surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born August 4, 1951 in La Junta to Anastacio & Nettie (Gonzales) Roman.

She was the wife of Ernest Coca. They were married on June 13, 1970, making their home in Swink, CO. Becky had many hobbies but her passion was being involved in her 5 grandson’s lives. She loved them and worked hard to support and encourage them.

Becky is survived by her husband, Ernest Coca, daughters, Nichole (Ralph) Vasquez, and Jennifer (Jeff) Smith; grandsons, Marcus Berg, Jasha Smith, Roman Vasquez, Jasiah Smith and Jacob Vasquez; siblings, Robert (Bonnie) Roman, Paul (Sheri) Roman, Tom Roman and Anna (Dennis) Romero. She is also survived by her godchildren & many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Joseph & Steven Roman, sister Linda Johnson.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. both services at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St Patrick Parish with Father Victor Raj Officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers those wishing to do so may make memorial contributions to the Sangre de Cristo Hospice direct or through the funeral home.
