Otero County 4H Shooting Sports Coaches Shooting For State

Every successful athlete earns victory through lessons and skills taught by their coaches and mentors. It isn't by coincidence that student athletes find their path to success through great coaching.

To succeed at 4H Shooting Sports it takes patience, practice and lots of time at the range.

Great coaches spend the time and devotion on teaching young learners the skills they need to compete. It is through hard work and a lot of sweat on the La Junta Rifle Range that the 4H students have had a successful season and many move on to state competition.

Don't forget to thank the coaches for devoting their time to the students on the rifle range after all the best students grow up to be great coaches because they learned from great mentors.
