OTERO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING 24-8-20

Prior to their regular meeting the Otero County Commissioners held their planning and zoning meeting.

Lex Nichols, Public Works Director reported.

They approved their minutes from last months meeting. 

Nichols presented an annual review use by review (U549-18) Mcelroy, Angela - Approved (Allowed for use as a barber or beauty business on agriculture zoned property)

Nichols presented several minor subdivision requests.

Grano, Floyd/Parker Aaron-approved

Otero Estates LLC/Kelly Huddleston - no action taken

Hannigan, Gary & Margret/Country Summers Living Trust - Approved 

Use By Review (U-561-20) Shoulderblade, Eugene & Marcella - approved (allowed seven horses to be kept on their property on the approx 1700 block of Adams Ave in La Junta)
