Las Animas Schools COVID-19 Update

On August 31st, 2021, Las Animas Schools reported that an 8th grade student has tested positive for COVID-19.

The student will be home from school until they are no longer infectious.

Participants in extracurricular activities and students in close contact have been notified.

Exposed students meeting quarantine guidelines will be on quarantine as per public health recommendation.
