Obituary

My dad wasn’t always the easiest person to get along with. He was ornery and hard headed. We used to butt heads all the time and argued quite a bit. Ornery and hard headed aren’t the only words for him, my dad was strong willed, resourceful, caring and passionate. My dad made sure to give me as many memories and experiences as he could, even if that meant sacrificing costs somewhere else. Dad loved the simple things, he spent his days playing his game and talking. Talking is another thing Dad loved, he loved to talk, conversation was the biggest part of my dad, he was always filled with stories and experiences.

He believed strongly in people and helping people in need, hell he pretty much turned our hone into a safe house. I can’t tell you my dad’s favorite color or his favorite holiday but I know that he loved my mom, I know that he liked his video game and listening to the tv too loud. Dad liked Cash and Garth Brooks and The tv show 2 broke girls. He was a sucker for bear claws and Pepsi with brandy mixed in. Dad loved adventure, seeing the world.

I love you Dad, Rest easy.
