Seconews Salutes Our Community Contributors Who Aren't Doing It For Credit

Description: So many community members photograph the flags in Swink. The Lions Club of Swink puts them up at sunrise and collect them at sunset every holiday, they get very little recognition for this constant service.

Seconews Shines For Community Contributors 

When social media users view a seconews article some are certain to respond. It's through audience interaction, participation, and contributions that seconews will thrive for your community.

We are dedicated to providing easy access of useful public information for our community.

When we share an article on social media, (outside of seconews) we want positive engagement with our community even when they offer constructive criticism. 

Community Contributor, Business Owner, and Local Flag Enthusiast, Wayne Walter asked for an identification on a partially pictured, unidentified and presumably unrecognized member of the crew who recently completed the highway 50 resurfacing project. 

Pictured from left to right, Colorado State Senator Larry Crowder, originally unidentified sign holder - he worked hard to avoid the cameras and hold the sign in the wind, and Otero County Commissioner James Baldwin, were pictured in a widely circulated seconews article.

Seconews contacted CDOT to identify the gentleman who worked so hard despite the wind.
