La Junta Rotary Treat Street Event Successful 

Hundreds of people attended the La Junta Rotary Treat Street Event. At times the line wrapped around Colorado Avenue and down 2nd Street.

La Junta Rotary Club Treat Street seconews.org Clean Valley Recycling was one of many area nonprofits in attendance. This wicked witch was actually very friendly.

La Junta Rotary Club Treat Street seconews.org There was a lot of candy and there were also many creative and entertaining delivery methods. This contraption actually catapulted the candy to the trick-or-treaters.

La Junta Rotary Club Treat Street seconews.org Several local businesses were on hand to help distribute candy to trick-or-treaters, like The Barista.

La Junta Rotary Club Treat Street seconews.org I bet if you ask nice enough the new Barista owners could deliver a Pumpkin Spice Latte this way.

La Junta Rotary Club Treat Street seconews.org Al's Welding Service was ready to get to work, they definitely had the toughest gloves and masks there. Al even lifted his welding mask for a photo.

La Junta Rotary Club Treat Street seconews.org The First Presbyterian Church of La Junta was there too. MJ tried her best, but it's hard to look scary when the community knows you're so friendly. 

The La Junta Rotary Club did a great job bringing the community together for their Treat Street event this Halloween in La Junta. This celebration of community was just when the community needed it most. We hope to see the La Junta Rotary bring all their friends out for Halloween in La Junta again.
