Obituary

Dale A. Logan, 95, of Fowler, left to be with his Lord and Savior on December 8, 2020. He was born on November 4, 1925 to Claude Clifford & Grace Amanda (Lamson) Logan.

Dale married Neva Jane Hartelroad in 1955 and together they raised their eight children. Dale was a hard worker his whole life including 25 campaigns at the sugar factory in Rocky Ford. In his younger years (70’s) he enjoyed dancing and working in his yard. He also enjoyed reading the Bible, playing solitaire and word searches. Dale loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Dale is survived by his children, Don (Kathy) Logan of Manzanola; Ray (Denise) Logan, Art Logan, Roger Logan all of Rocky Ford; Amanda Holtsclaw of Alamosa; Laura (Keith) Tucker of Rocky Ford; Nancy (Rob Willingham) Logan of Salem, Virginia; Chuck (Stephenie Tolbert) Logan of Pueblo; grandchildren, Amy (Cody) Bell of Whitehall, MT; Mitchell (Rachel) Logan of Pueblo; Alex Logan of Westminster; Austin Holtsclaw of Alamosa; Katie (Jerry) Hensley of Alamosa; Molly and Sydney Willingham of Salem, Virginia; great-grandchildren, Alayjiah and Ashliyn Camacho of Amarillo TX; Sawyer and Gracie Hensley of Alamosa; and brother, Glen Logan and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Neva Logan; brothers, Charles, Earl, Harry, and Jim Logan; sisters, Ethel Logan and Beth Clark; granddaughter, Brandi Logan Camacho, and special friend, Pat Thorpe.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hugo, Colorado with Pastor John Dell of the First Christian Church officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Peacock Memorial Chapel.
