La Junta Restaurants Currently Limited To 50% Capacity - Business Slowly Coming Back
Restaurants across Southeast Colorado are filling up with hungry patrons. Despite 50% occupancy restrictions in Otero County, local cafe's and dine-in restaurants saw many customers this weekend. Boss Hoggs and Village Inn had full parking lots Saturday and for the after church crowd Sunday.
Over the last week anticipation for the re-opening of The Copper Kitchen spread across local social media.
Owners Adam and Larry both spoke about feeling good about opening again and the great response from their customers. The patrons during the Saturday lunch hour took up every available seat (50% Capacity).
Fire and Ice BBQ also located on Colorado Avenue in La Junta recently had to reduce their hours, but they offer a delivery service and a large variety of great food.
