LJPD Gets Meth, Cash and Firearm in Arrest on 6/15/21
On June 15, 2021, at about 1:04am, an officer with the La Junta Police Department saw a suspicious vehicle located at 1315 W 4th St in La Junta, CO.
Officers contacted the vehicle and the driver, 23-year-old Brandon Rollins, was arrested on several warrants.
During a search of the vehicle, officers located approximately 29 grams of methamphetamine, over $500 in cash, and a firearm.
Charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute will be filed with the 16th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
These charges are merely an accusation and the defendant is innocent until or unless proven guilty.
