Dodge Van VS La Junta Light Pole
On 02/20/2022 at approximately 4 pm., La Junta Police Officers responded to East Highway 50 and Harriet Ave. on a report of a vehicle versus a light pole.
Upon arrival, officers saw a white Dodge Caravan with damage to the front driver's side fender and the light pole lying on the ground in the roadway blocking the westbound lane of traffic.
The driver 31-year-old, Travis Boucher was cited for careless driving and driving while his driver's license was suspended. Boucher was not injured.
