"May 26, 2022 08:50. North La Junta residents in the area of Elm and Canal are advised to secure their homes as we are searching for a suspect involved in a shooting in Pueblo this morning.  We have no description of the suspect at this time but he is believed to be armed with a handgun.  A reverse 911 is going out related to this for residence in the area.  Updates to follow..."
