2.      COVID-19 Information

a.       Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Revised School Guidance:  CDPHE has revised its COVID-19 guidance:

b.      COVID-19 Rate Status:  As of the time of this writing, both Crowley and Otero Counties are in Yellow Level for the one week cumulative incidence rate  (COVID-19 dial dashboard | Colorado COVID-19 Updates). 

c.       CDPHE Weekly COVID-19 Update:  I receive the following information weekly from CDPHE, and below is information from the report I received yesterday.  Please note that this is state-wide data:

496 - Number of new hospital admissions for the week of 07/31/22 (a -6% change in admissions from the previous week)

50 - New death among among cases reported (since last week’s report)

16,921 - Total number of tests (commercial and state labs) data reported on 08/09/2022

7.68% - 7-day moving average positivity
