Hugh Johnson Films Presents: Arkansas Valley Fair Car Show & Burnout Contest Videos + Photo Gallery 

The People of Southeast Colorado came together to send off the 145th Arkansas Valley Fair with a different format for their traditional car show. Gearhead Inc and Absolute Automotive made several changes to their annual event, which played out very well.

Held at Railroad Park in Rocky Ford, the car show had a new meet and greet format rather than the traditional judged show.

Instead of measuring the quality of entries this show celebrated car guy comradery. Gordon and Tiffany with Gearhead Inc planned the car show meet and greet itself with Kelly and Sarah of Absolute Automotive planning and executing the new events in conjunction with the Automotive displays.

Weiner dog races were a crowd favorite and the Burnout Contest, which generated pillars of smoke, will be talked about by the locals until next year's show.

After the smoke cleared Morton Gauna in his electric power chair was declared winner of the Burnout Contest and received a cash prize.
