Otero County Commissioners Meeting September 12, 2022

In their regular public hearing the Otero County Commissioners approved their previous minutes and bills and payrolls as part of their consent agenda.

Under New Business the commissioners passed the following grant approvals and appointments.

6. New Business

a. Ratify Department of Local Affairs grant submission

b. Emergency Management Services Council Grant Approval

c. Gray & Black-Market Marijuana Enforcement Grant Application Approval

d. Ratify Law Enforcement Workforce Grant Application Approval

e. 2023 Holiday List

f. Resolution 2022-10 A Resolution Declaring the Vacancy of the Otero County Treasurer and Appointing the Otero County Treasurer and Public Trustee.

i. Oath of office - Scheduled for 3:15pm

The Commissioners approved the 2023 paid holidays.
