Prowers County Offices Closed Dec 22, 2022 Due to Sub-Zero Temps

After reviewing the updated forecasts and Wind Chill Warning from the National Weather Service and recognizing that many Counties in the region are doing the same, the Board of County Commissioners for Prowers County has determined that all County offices will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, December 22.

This decision was made first out of an abundance of caution for employee safety. The County offices will also be closed Friday December 23rd and Monday December 26th for the Christmas Holiday.
