Joshua Keith Kirby

Joshua Keith Kirby, 45, passed away on December 21, 2022, peacefully in his sleep in Westcliffe, Colorado. He was born on November 30, 1977, in Danville, Illinois to Theresa (Kirby) Romero & Fred Kochell.

Josh is survived by his wife, Amber Kirby of the Fowler home; daughter Zavanna Kirby; his beloved dog/son, “Buddy”; mother, Theresa Romero; father, Fred Kochell; brothers, Fred Hansbrough and David Morris; sisters, Kelly (Brody) Prater, Stacey (Dan) Anderson, Misty Kirby, and Brittany (Jeremy) Mears. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and sooo many of his friends he considered to be family. Josh is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl & Pat Kirby; and brother, Scott Hansbrough.

Memorial service for Josh will be held Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at West Assembly of God Church in Fowler, Colorado with Pastor Darryl Johnson officiating.
