2023 La Junta Chamber of Commerce Membership Plaque Photo Winner:

Kaitlyn Myers

Congratulations to Kaitlyn Myers who is 2023 La Junta Chamber of Commerce photo contest winner. Kaitlyn's beautiful photo will represent the 2023 Membership plaques and will be featured on our social media pages, our website, and the Chamber Insider.

Learn a little bit more about Kaitlyn Myers: Kaitlyn Myers has been an amateur photographer her entire life. She started photography at a young age with a basic camera then received a digital camera for a birthday one year and started capturing photos she felt were interesting. Some of her favorite photography moments were capturing the beauty of flowers, plants, and animals during her summer camping trips.

In 2020, Kaitlyn gifted herself with a DSLR camera and began photographing people. After many senior sessions and Kaitlyn decided to offer professional services and open her own business in  August of 2022. Kaitlyn stated, “I am really excited to delve far more into photographing seniors, families, couples, etc. I’ve also still retained my love of photographing nature and wildlife – as you can see from my photo gallery I kind of love to photograph anything that catches my eye! I would actually really love to sell some my photos in a gallery."  We think that would be a great business move for Kaitlyn. Congratulations once again and we look forward to working with you in the near future!
