Traffic Update April 17 - April 21

Ongoing Traffic Impacts

Otero County- CO HWY 109 Bridge Rehabilitation and Improvements Project consists of work on structure M-22-AY carrying SH 109 over US 50, BNSF Railroad, and the Arkansas River between MP 56.38 and MP 56.88.

The work includes removing existing asphalt surfacing, class 2 and 3 deck repairs, patching concrete piers, bearing repair corbels, fiber-reinforced polymer wrap, waterproofing membrane, asphalt surfacing, and a mill and overlay on the roadway approaches. The estimated completion is February 2024.

Monday, April 17 to Friday, April 21 work will consist of:
