Rocky Ford Fire Medical Assist at Ark Valley Correctional Guard Tower

"At approximately 2:15 pm we were paged for an agency assist in Crowley County at Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility for a person that fell in a guard tower."

"We responded with our aerial apparatus and 2 command response vehicles."

"Patient was safely removed from the guard tower and treated for injuries and air transported by Uchealth Lifeflight in stable condition."
