La Junta Fire Dept VS Bradish Ave. Shed Fire

At approx 646 pm a reported structure fire was toned out in the 1300 blk of Bradish. Upon arrival of the first engine, they found heavy smoke coming from a single car detached garage and fire inside.

Crews deployed two 1 3/4 crosslays and made a V cut through the metal garage door for fire attack. Crews then cut a hole in the metal roof to help with heat and smoke removal.

Crews conducted salvage and overhaul to make sure the fire was out. Thank you to La Junta Police Dept for helping with traffic control.
