Jack Wayne Chapman, II passed away unexpectedly September 4, 2023, at his La Junta home. He was born September 14, 1977, to Brock & Kerry (Gulmon) Chapman in La Junta, CO.

Jack is survived by his mother Kerry Chapman of Naperville, IL; sister, Misty (John) Torrez of Naperville, IL; nieces, Gracie, Claire and Sophie; aunts, Linda Pacino of Rocky Ford, CO; Keo (Joe) Pearce of Concord, CA; uncle, Eddie Hughes of Gulf Port, MS; numerous cousins and close friends also survive. He is preceded in death by his father, Brock Chapman; aunts, Jodi Hughes & Glenna buck; and his K-9 companion, Roscoe.

Memorial Service for Jack will be held, Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel in La Junta, with Pastor John Dell of the First Christian Church of Rocky Ford officiating.
