LJPD Incident Report: Vehicle VS Pedestrian

On 10-6-2023 at approximately 12:42 hours officers with the La Junta Police Department were dispatched to 10th Street and Grace Ave. for the report of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was a 40 year old female.

She was transported to Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center for medical attention for serious injuries.

A juvenile male was driving the vehicle that struck the female party.

The female party was found to be at fault of the accident, concluding the investigation.
