Obituary

Frank G. Aragon, of Rocky Ford entered his eternal rest on November 5, 2023, in Pueblo, Colorado at the age of 91. He was born on September 24, 1932, in Anton Chico, N.M. to Miguel Cruz and Adela G. Aragon of Anton Chico, N.M. Frank worked as a Campaign Foreman and Night Watchman for American Crystal Sugar Factory, he was also a Transportation Operator for G.I.R.C.H. (Inspiration Field) in La Junta and retired as a Transportation Operator for S.A.G.E. Senior Center in Rocky Ford. His favorite pastimes were gardening, being outdoors and tinkering with house projects. He lived his life simply, and one day at a time. He loved to sing and whistle his favorite songs which were Amazing Grace, Singing in The Rain and Oh What A Beautiful Morning.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife Domitilia (Domie) Aragon of Rocky Ford; his parents Miguel and Adela Aragon of Rocky Ford; children Katherine Montoya of Rocky Ford, and Gloria Perez of Colorado Springs. Siblings, Arthur Aragon of Farmington, N.M., David Aragon of Albuquerque, N.M., Fred Aragon of Rocky Ford, Phil Aragon of Rocky Ford, Edward Aragon of Pueblo, Flora Aragon Lucero of Pueblo, Fabiola Aragon Armenta of Pueblo, and Irene Aragon Mascarenas of Westminster. Frank is survived by his children Frank (Gloria) Aragon of Colorado Springs; Stephen (Anita) Aragon of Colorado Springs; Diana (Telesforo) Hinojosa of Killeen, TX; Rose Perez of Colorado Springs, and Evelyn (Antonio) Garcia of Colorado Springs. He had 24 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Bellwood Ford Ustick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
