La Junta Police Make Felony Drug Arrest Seizing Fentanyl, Meth, Heroin, Cocaine and Cash
The La Junta Police Department recently received valuable information and tips from the community regarding the possible sale of drugs at a residence in La Junta, CO. Officers had been investigating this residence and, on June 17, 2024, The La Junta Police Department executed a search warrant in the 1100 Block of Bradish Ave. in La Junta, CO.
During the search, officers seized large quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and money. Two of the residents, 32-year-old Kurtis Aragon and 26-year-old Andrea Guerra, were arrested by officers and booked into jail on felony charges related to the distribution of drugs.
The La Junta Police Department would like to thank the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the community for their assistance.
