...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible.

* WHERE...Kiowa, Prowers, and Baca counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation, and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
