Colorado State Patrol Investigating Hit & Run Crash Involving a Pedestrian on North La Junta Bridge
The Colorado State Patrol Public Information Officer Reported that Troopers Responded to a Hit and Run Crash involving a Pedestrian at Milepost 57 on CO Hwy 109 near La Junta on October 29, 2024.
According to the CSP Log, a pedestrian was found lying in the road with serious injuries, no suspect vehicle on scene when troopers arrived.
Party was transported to the Hospital for medical treatment of serious injuries.
CSP Reported, the North La Junta Bridge (CO Hwy 109) was closed at 8:23 PM and reopened at 8:40 PM.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the incident is under investigation.
