Customer service and sales consolidate at Lake Pueblo State Park

PUEBLO, Colo – Colorado Parks and Wildlife consolidates over-the-counter sales inside the renamed Lake Pueblo State Park Visitor and Service Center on April 8. The change provides a single purchase location for hunting and fishing licenses, park passes, permits, snacks, cold drinks and other merchandise. Some of these services were formerly inside Pueblo's Area 11 Wildlife Center.

Operating hours for the park visitor and service center are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through April 30. Changes are customer-focused and staff positions are not impacted.

The Area 11 Wildlife Center at 600 Reservoir Road continues to assist hunters with on site mandatory animal checks and Chronic Wasting Disease testing. Hunters should call (719) 561-5300 for services.
