U.S. Marshals Arrest Jennie Martinez in Bent County Warrant Operation on Locust Street

Jennie Martinez Arrested on $50,000 Warrant in Joint U.S. Marshals Operation in Bent County
On the afternoon of April 14, 2026, the United States Marshals Service, in coordination with local law enforcement agencies, successfully executed an arrest warrant in the 600 block of Locust Street.

The operation resulted in the apprehension of Jennie Martinez, who was taken into custody without incident. Martinez was wanted on an active warrant for Failure to Appear, carrying a bond set at $50,000 cash only.
The underlying charges associated with the original case for Martinez include the following:
18-4-202(1): First Degree Burglary – Assault/Menace (Felony 3)
18-3-206: Felony Menacing – Real/Simulated Weapon (Felony 5)
18-4-502(1)(A): First Degree Criminal Trespass – Inhabited Dwelling (Felony 6)
