The DFPC Multi Mission Aircraft (MMA) mapped the fire at 2,113 acres late yesterday, with no growth in the last 24 hours.
Containment percentage has increased to 45%. A cold front is expected to bring a good change of wetting rain, with 1-1.5 inches predicted.
This will help put a damper on fire activity but could create slick roads and hazardous conditions for firefighters working in steep, rocky terrain.
There are currently 121 personnel working on the fire.
