Investigation Ongoing as Kiowa County Arrest Uncovers Stolen Vehicle with Drugs and Weapon

On July 10th, 2024, Kiowa County Deputies arrested a male party for a felony warrant in the 1300 block of Goff Street in Eads.

Upon investigation, deputies determined the vehicle the suspect was in was stolen out of Boulder County, Colorado. Further into the investigation, deputies found a large amount of fentanyl, distribution equipment, methamphetamine, along with a handgun inside the stolen vehicle.

This case is still under investigation.

Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. This post is merely to let the public know that we are proactively attempting to combat the drug problems we are having across the nation.
