JW Rawlings Museum Celebrates St. Patrick's Day with Seniors March 15th

Description: The Museum will honor all seniors March 15th with a free St. Patrick’s Day themed celebration! Activities will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Grand Hall.

The Museum will honor all seniors March 15th with a free St. Patrick’s Day themed celebration! Activities will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Grand Hall.

Seniors from the Senior Opportunity Center; the Bent County HealthCare System Nursing Home; Prairie View Village; and from all around our Bent County community always look forward to this day to enjoy other’s company!

A spaghetti lunch will be served with our partners helping with salads, desserts, and door prizes.

Janice Ramey at the piano and Lynette Wolfe on bass will provide beautiful Irish music and a sing- along. Those willing to dress in costume will be eligible for prizes in the costume contest. Several lucky seniors will receive door prizes.

All guests will be provided with a gift bag, courtesy of the Bent County Art Guild. We thank our partners: Bent County Art Guild; Bent County/Las Animas Public Library; Bent County Senior Opportunity Center; Bent County HealthCare Center; Prairie View Village; and Val- U-Med Pharmacy.
