SECO News reached out to the Drug Enforcement Agency to request information regarding swat team activity in Rocky Ford, Colorado on May 4, 2023 beginning at approximately 1:00 PM and continuing into the afternoon. 

The DEA Rocky Mountain Spokesperson reported, “DEA and our law enforcement partners conducted an authorized enforcement action pertaining to narcotics in Rocky Ford, CO on Thursday, May 4, 2023.”

Further, a Drug Enforcement Agency Rocky Mountain Field Division Spokesperson confirmed an ongoing investigation in reporting that their offices do not comment on ongoing investigations.

"When information is released in the future it will be in coordination with the Offices of the United States Attorney (USAO)."
