Rocky Ford Mayoral Candidate Arrested for Domestic Violence

The Following Statement was released by the Rocky Ford Police Department...

"At about 2208, September 1, 2023, police from the Rocky Ford Police Department made contact with Duane Gurule (37 years old), an arrest warrant had been issued for his arrest. 

Mr. Gurule was taken into custody without issue and transported to the Bent County Jail, facing charges of Harassment, Criminal Mischief and Domestic Violence. 

Mr. Gurule is considered innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law."
