La Junta Police Seeking Info in Carson Ave Drive-By Shooting

On 12/06/2023 at approximately 0254, Officers on patrol heard multiple gunshots appearing to come from the downtown area. 

At approximately 0256, Officers then received a call for service about a drive-by shooting occurring in the 400 Block of Carson Avenue.

No injuries were sustained by the occupants of the home.

Officers are requesting the public's assistance in viewing their surveillance video or video doorbells in the immediate area including 5th Street traveling East from Carson Avenue between 2:30 AM and 3:00 AM.

At this time a suspect or suspects have not been identified.
