Kip Dallas Morgan was born on March 23, 1959 to Bonnie Lee (Shipman) Morgan-Wing, in Groton, New London, Connecticut. Kip departed us on January 31, 2024 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Kip is survived by his stepmom, Susan Bautsch of Westminster, CO; sister, Robin Crawford, nieces, Nicole Motil and Rachel White, of Houston, TX; and cousins, Roberta Henderson and Ashley Hill of Lakewood, CO. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Kip moved to the Arkansas Valley in the late 1980’s. Kip lived most of that time in Rocky Ford, Ordway and Manzanola in Host Homes where he was known for walking in the community and having a smile on his face. Kip worked at Global Treasurz for many years until he retired in 2014. Kip enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

A memorial service will Monday, February 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Inspiration Field, 612 Adams Ave., La Junta, CO, 81050. Kip’s ashes will be spread at a private location with his mother at a later date.

Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
