Obituary

Alice Fern Luellen, 75, of Las Animas, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born Friday, September 10, 1948 in Missouri to Henry C. & Roxie M. (Headley) Luellen.

Fern came from a large family and was 1 of 9 children. Her favorite hobbies were knitting, needle point, and putting together puzzles. She really enjoyed going bowling with her friends and participating in all of the various activities through Inspiration Field. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and the staff at Inspiration Field.

Fern is survived by her siblings, Cindy Baker of Monte Vista, CO; and brother, Roy (Dorothy) Luellen of Ordway, CO; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends also survive. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Irene Pressnall; Goldie Brown; Jessie Luellen; Stella Rose Garcia; Linda Tompkins; and John Henry Luellen.
