Alexis Jade Hernandez of La Junta, entered into rest February 20, 2024 in La Junta, Colorado.

She was born July 21, 1994, to Cynthia Hernandez and Ray Muniz, She was 29 years of age.

Alexis is survived by her, son Austin Lee Hernandez and son Khalil Hernandez, mother Cynthia Hernandez and father Ray (Fritzie) Muniz, Brother Joshua (Marisa Ortega) Muniz, step brother, Mark (Heather) Martinez, Alex Martinez, Dominic Abeyta, Maria (Aaron Lopez) Llaca, brandy (Jason Deleon) Llaca, grandparents Raymond (Rose) Muniz, special nephew Luciano Muniz, nieces nephews Israel Muniz , Jaida Muniz, Maddilyn Llaca, Ayden Lopez, Raul Deleon, Rosella Martinez, Evelynn Martinez, Maribel Martinez, numerous aunts uncles, cousins and friends.

Alexis is preceded by her brother Austin Muniz, grandparents Ned and Priscilla Hernandez great grandparents Fred (Maria) Jaramillo, Numerous aunts and uncles.
