Sherri Lee Vader of Rocky Ford, Colorado, entered into rest, March 25, 2024, in her Rocky Ford, home.

She was born October 18, 1969, in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Anthony and Loretta Le Blanc Trujillo, Sherri was 54 years of age.

She is survived by her son, Leroy Vader, Jr., of Amarillo, Texas, mother, Loretta Le Blanc of Rocky Ford, Colorado, sister, Sharon Trujillo of Colorado Springs, Colorado, June (Jeff) Everett of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, brother, Felix (Connie) Fernandez of Rocky Ford, Colorado many nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts.

Sherri is preceded in death by her father, Anthony Trujillo, daughter, Ashley Vader, sister, Charlotte Le Blanc-Martinez, and ex-husband LeRoy Vader, Sr.

She was born and raised in Rocky Ford and graduated from Adams State University with two bachelor’s degrees in business management.

Sherri loved mining for gold and other precious gems, She enjoyed playing volleyball and basketball when she was younger. She also was very devoted to God, and she loved her Christian music.

A 2:00 P.M. Memorial Service Celebrating her life will be held, Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the First Christian Church of Rocky Ford. Pastor John Dell will be officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of the Johnson-Romero Family Funeral Home.
