Applicants are required to complete an application and participate in an interview process later this spring!
Otero College scholarship applications for 2026-2027 are accepted through the deadline of April 15th, 2026.
This application will allow students to apply for scholarships for the 2026-2027 year to attend Otero College. High school seniors and college freshman can complete this application for scholarship opportunities for the coming year.
Any current second year Otero student, who will not be returning for the following 2026-2027 year need not apply as this application is for the following year.

You can create an account and fill out the 2026-2027 scholarship application. When you fill out this one application, you'll be automatically applied to any of Otero's scholarships you may be eligible for.
Students are required to submit 2 letters of recommendation and if these are not both submitted by the deadline, the application is not considered complete.
Students will be notified of acceptance or denial no later than mid to late May.
If a student is selected as a scholarship recipient they will be required to submit a Thank You letter through their scholarship portal in order to complete their acceptance of said scholarship.
